5. File Ownership

You retain full ownership of the images you upload and the outputs you generate. Shrinkora does not claim any rights to your files, and we do not use them to train models or for any other purpose.

6. Browser-Based Image Processing

Where technically applicable, image processing takes place locally in your browser using standard web technologies such as the Canvas API. Your images are not uploaded to our servers as part of that processing, are not stored by us, and are not transmitted to third parties by the Service. Certain ancillary features (for example, page hosting or analytics) still involve normal web requests, and third-party components on the page may collect data as described in their own policies.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Process content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, sexually exploitative, or otherwise violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated systems, scrapers, or bots to abuse the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Service without our prior written consent.

Preset dimensions, DPI values, and file-size targets are provided for convenience and reflect commonly cited specifications at the time they were added. You are responsible for verifying the current official requirements for your intended use, and acceptance of any output by a government agency, examination body, or third-party platform is not guaranteed.
